My impact.

DSCF8052.jpeg

Many digital health products fail not because the technology is flawed, but because they overlook the patients, clinicians, and caregivers who rely on them.

Through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic research, I reveal the barriers, motivations, and needs that data alone can’t capture, ensuring that innovation is not only functional, but trusted, adopted, and impactful.

My mission is to help organisations truly understand their users: uncovering where people struggle, the challenges they face, and what really matters to them.

By turning these insights into actionable findings, I enable healthcare and technology teams to make evidence-based decisions that improve products, services, and strategies.

Hi, I’m Greta.

I want to help you build better digital products and services for your patients.

PRESENTING FINDINGS INTO REPORTS

I support clients in analysing raw research data through a tailored approach that blends thematic analysis with frameworks, using a range of tools, from AI tools to visualisation software.

About Me.

DSCF7998.jpeg

I’m based in London and work with customers globally where I established my career as a qualitative research consultant.

I have several years of experience in qualitative research across both the public and private sectors. I have worked with government departments including the Cabinet Office, the Home Office, DEFRA, and the Government Digital Service. In these roles, I contributed to improving digital products by conducting research to uncover user needs, identify barriers, and support strategies to increase digital adoption.

I also have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked with several consultancies in this field, including Savvy Coop as a Research Consultant. My responsibilities included analysing research findings and preparing reports for pharmaceutical companies to better understand patients’ needs, challenges, and barriers, as well as to help design digital products that effectively addressed those needs.

My academic path combines philosophy, psychology, and social research, with degrees from the University of Milan and Birkbeck, University of London. I am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Social and Market Research with the Market Research Society, and I regularly attend courses on AI and ethics—a subject that is particularly close to my heart.
